Intersection count is a type of traffic surveys wherein it requires to count the vehicles, cycles, pedestrians, which is conveyed in a particular road, path or intersection. The main purpose is to optimize the counts of vehicle movements through an intersection during certain time periods.

TURNING MOVEMENT COUNTS

Turning Movement Count (TMC) is a traffic survey method used to analyze vehicle movements, traffic flow, and delay characteristics at intersections with more than three approaches.
